When I first ordered there was a mistake with the product. However, I give 5/5 because mistakes happen, and when I addressed the issue to the customer service, they quickly apologised and sent me the correct product with no further charging. They even allowed me to keep the wrong octopus that I received in the first place! I am really happy also with the final octopus that I received (the one I officially ordered)
